- We provide you with a continuous update as to the file status and notify you ahead of time of impending contract expiration dates.

How Does It Work
Upload or email us a fully executed contract
- You can either upload a fully executed contract right here on our website. Or, you can email it to us at: contracts@tcrsllc.com.
Once we receive the fully executed contract, we will immediately send you our Transaction Coordinator Agreement for your signature.
Upon receipt of the signed Transaction Coordinator agreement, we will immediately send a letter to all parties introducing Tri County Realty Services as your transaction coordinator.
Moving forward, we will take care of everything including auditing of the contract and addenda for accuracy. Establish contract dates and timeline on the checklist. Provide constant file status updates to all relevant parties and manage the checklist all the way through to a successful closing. Thereby, freeing you up to focus on what is most important, finding new clients, and making money.
We send all parties a pre/post closing reminder checklist. Audit the closing statement for accuracy. Coordinate with all parties for a final walk-through and closing date. Deliver the completed task checklist to both Agents post-closing.
Then, only following the successful closing of the transaction, payment will be due to Tri County Realty Services.
