- No Long-Term Commitments – We believe in earning your business with every transaction. That’s why we operate on a transaction-by-transaction basis, with no long-term agreements required.
- Success-Based Payment – You only pay us when your transaction successfully closes. Simply put, we get paid only when you do.

Transactions Coordination Fee
Purchase and Sale Transaction
Regardless of the transaction dollar amount, or whether you represent the seller, buyer or both our Transaction Coordinator Service fee is the same, which includes:

- Detailed Transaction & Closing Checklists
- Document Review
- Contract Compliance and Timeline Monitoring
- Seamless Escrow & Closing Coordination
- Third-Party Coordination
- File Auditing
- Proactive Updates
- First-Class Client Service
Additionally, if you’d rather focus on what truly matters – Prospecting for new clients and building client relationships. We are happy to prepare and send out offers and counteroffers for signatures at no extra cost.

We get paid upon a successful transaction closing
Listing Management Fee
Purchase and Sale Transaction
We do not charge anything for writing listing agreements and sending them out to your client for signature.
If you would like us to manage your listing in MLS it includes the following:
- Writing the property description
- Upload the property photos to the MLS
- Find and upload community documents to MLS (if available)
- Make changes and edits to the listing in MLS
- Prepare and distribute listing modification agreements
- Change listing statute in MLS
$175.00
Payable once the listing goes live on MLS.
Rentals
As a courtesy we offer the following:
- If you represent the tenant, we will prepare a contract to lease form at no charge.
- If you represent the owner, we will prepare the lease listing agreement at no charge.
Rental processing fee
This service includes the following:
- Prepare the lease documents
- Obtain the community application documents (If any)
- Distribute Documents to all parties

Payable once the tenant takes occupancy
Rental listing Fee
If you would like us to manage and process your rental listing file we offer the following:
- Writing the rental listing description
- Upload the rental property photos to the MLS
- Find and upload community documents and applications to MLS (if available)
- Make changes and edits to the rental listing in MLS
- Prepare and distribute rental listing modification agreements
- Change rental listing statute in MLS
