My name is Sherry Phillips, in 2016 I founded Tri County Realty Services following a highly gratifying and lucrative 36-year career in the Real Estate and mortgage sectors.
Over the years I have experienced firsthand a massive amount of changes in regulations, laws, marketing, and technology which all have had a profound effect on how we conduct business. On the other hand, when it comes to teaching agents how to succeed in this game, nothing has really changed.

So, if I can offer one piece of advice to all Real Estate agents and especially to the newcomers it is as follows:
Put all your effort, time, and focus on one thing and one thing only. Formulate a strategy focused on  Growing and maintain a continuous healthy pipeline of qualified clients while making sure to follow your strategy every day.
do this and there is absolutely no way that you will not succeed. Having access to a continuous stream of qualified clients will eliminate the rollercoaster effect of having good periods followed by slow periods that always seem to repeat. As a result, your stress levels will be significantly reduced and your confidence will soar.
